Sold an unlocked Galaxy Nexus and accessories.

Buyer claimed phone was defective. Buyer had the device for 9 days before contacting me, and the same day the new version of the phone was announced. After consulting other forum members in this thread: http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1725205 and talking in private messages with some members of the forum, I decided to refund the buyers money. After that the buyer created a dispute on PayPal and froze my funds until he returns the device. I would not trade with buyer again. I was not going to leave a rating, but after the dispute I thought others should be aware. I was not excited about being stuck with the phone after so long, after not hearing from the buyer for 17 days. .
